My Story
Growing Up
As a child, I always dreamed of visiting NYC, and I loved the big city idea. I loved how there were plays, dancers, and fashion! Fast-forward to thirteen year old me, I ended up visiting NYC for my thirteenth birthday and loved every second!
I grew up performing in gymnastics, ballet, hip-hop, tap, jazz, acting, singing, surfing, and modeling. I attribute my go-getter attitude to all my performances as a child and young adult. Surfing did not come naturally to me, and I worked my way from 0-Competing in a National Championship in high school, which is one of my favorite memories!
All these experiences were my first taste of entrepreneurship, as the success of all these activities depended on me being disciplined enough to work long, hard hours.
Me, Now
Since high school, I've worked on various marketing projects in multiple industries. Some memorable projects have been: Strategising a media plan for MTB surf Emporium, working with Disney's blizzard beach, Assistant in launching a women-owned boutique, running socials for a corporate badging company, and marketing home developments in the Melbourne area.

My previous marketing experience taught me a lot about the industry and business. I have devoted the past decade of my life to social media marketing. I have concluded that I love being able to choreograph my marketing strategies. The creativity I find in Social media is what I live for. Marketing is my work, art, performance, passion, and what I want to do for the rest of my life.

The past Year I have been working on developing something of my own. Something, that will have a lasting impact. That something is launching my own Social Media Marketing business, Salt and Slate Marketing LLC. Salt stands for the ocean and Slate stands for starting fresh.
